Our Guidance for Patients during COVID-19

The health and safety of our patients and our team is of utmost priority at Hands on Health. Based on the current information on COVID-19, we have taken specific actions to ensure your health and safety when you visit the clinic.

We have adjusted the layout of our clinic and appointment schedule to allow for physical distancing. We are taking extra precautions and exercising vigilance with cleaning and with the use of Personal Protective Equipment.

To help us to keep patients and our team safe during their visit to the clinic, we ask that you adhere to the following:

  1. Firstly, we ask that you do not attend if you have coronavirus or cold/flu like symptoms, have travelled abroad within the last 14 days, or have had contact with a known or suspected COVID-19 case.
  2. We ask you attend your appointments alone and on time.
  3. We ask you sanitise your hands upon arrival and when leaving.
  4. We ask you wear your mask.
  5. Please pay by contactless rather than cash if possible.
  6. We ask you wear clothing that is ready for treatment and allows good flexibility.

Our at risk patients (pregnant, over 70, long term health conditions, weakened immune system) are welcome to phone us for advice. We offer a Telehealth service and if you do require an in-person visit, we will make special arrangements for you.

We thank you in advance for assisting our Hands on Health team during this time and for your understanding and support. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Keep safe and well
